Liz was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about home buying and giving me great ideas about how to modernize and remodelling the home I bought. As a person with no imagination, her input was valuable to make an older house into a home and somewhere that I will want to live forever. She connected me with a ton of resources from the various inspectors to contractors who are helping me with renovations. I extremely appreciate all of the extra information she gave me on average project costs to ensure I was able to set a budget and stick by it. She took time to ensure that buying this house was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend her for someone looking for an agent.

Cal promised me that we were not going to find a house, but home for myself and my family when we first started this process.Because of COVID I could not do a lot of the in person house hunting tasks in which Cal stepped in. I believe he went above and beyond by attending house tours, engaging with the house inspector, and helping us determine family neighborhoods.He approaches all situations within a professional manner while offering respectful personal opinions at the same time. Keeping true to his promise he did not rush any process ensuring that all my questions and concerns were answered all the way to closing.

us by Veterans United. When Veterans United pick Sandra to help, advice and guide us
finding a home. Veterans United pick a GEM of a Real Estate Agent for us that's a Fact.
This Lady went Above and Beyond the call of duty to help us find our home, she's very knowledgeable in her profession. Sandra was always available to help guide us in finding the home we desired. Sandra Cantu was assigned to help us and she did just that. Her work is of a Pro. To my Family and I, Sandra Cantu was GOD send. EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH SANDRA.

Ben was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. My wife and I moved to Ft Collins from the Midwest. Due to COVID and the nature of our jobs we were unable to make extended visits for house hunting trips. Ben performed countless video tours and ultimately found us the perfect home. What I appreciated most about Ben were his expertise, knowledge of the community and his responsiveness. Day or night, he was on the ball and always able to answer our questions. I could not have been happier. I would recommend Ben to EVERYONE.

Paige was a marvel. She found just the place we were looking for on our first outing to look at houses. She was a wealth of information throughout the loan process. Paige always made us feel like she had our back and was our personal advocate through the buying process. She always stayed in touch, and was a perfect advocate for our needs with the sellers and their agent.
