There are no words to describe how instrumental Steve was in our house-hunting and home-buying experience. As a military family living overseas during the pandemic, we were looking for our forever home prior to retirement and having to purchase it aight unseen. Steve did a thorough walk-through for us and allowed some family to accompany him for additional insight. He pointed out the pros and cons of the property so we always felt that he had our best interests at heart and was never concerned about making a sale. Once we had a contract in place, he kept us informed of the inspections and appraisal process despite complications due to the time difference. We never felt better about making a home purchase! Steve is truly a gem, and his easy demeanor and sense of humor made meeting him in person a joy. I don’t anticipate needing a real estate agent for quite some time, but Steve is who I’ll call when I need one!! Thank you so much for referring him to us!
