One of the setbacks was not having a power of attorney set up even though he knew that I was unable to be there in person from the beginning. It wasn't until very late that it was clarified which also added to the frustration of the seller. Then, the attorney's office created a power of attorney paperwork that was not accepted by the underwriters because there were two possible power of attorneys listed.

Becky and Judy were both troopers, they stuck with me throughout the whole process even though we didn't talk after hurricane Sally because so much was going on but hey we made it.

She was good and could and followed through more at the end. It seemed like She was left out of the loop with some things on the loan which hindered her.

Very hard to reach her. Communication was sub par, I felt like I had to pull information out of her, and sometimes went days and days without hearing from her. She didn't call back when she said she would, and failed in so many areas of expectations that I can say with absolute certainty that I would not ever recommend Chelsea as an agent!

Lauren Hearn was absolutely amazing! She is the one who ultimately helped me find the house that best suits me. She answered every question I had and more. I never had a problem with communication with her. She was always on top of her game, fast replies, did a great job helping negotiate terms with the sellers, helped me set up repairs for my home, even doing the paperwork was quick and easy with her. She genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. She had a great attitude and was very kind and patient. I learned a lot while working with her and I’d highly recommend her to anyone, especially if it’s your first home buying experience and you want to be stress free the whole time. I couldn’t be more thankful! And just a cherry on top, she even left hot chocolate bombs for my son and I at our new home on closing day. Very thoughtful, and we appreciated them!

I can't stress how luck I felt to have been able to work with Dave Piche. He was very knowledgeable and professional along the whole way. But most importantly connected with me on a personal level and built a good relationship along the way. He is very well connected and provided me services with other essential people such as real estate attorneys and inspectors. Thank you so much Dave for all the long commutes you did for the dozens of houses we saw before we settled on the one. It was an exciting and easy-going experience for me!

Purchasing a home long distance was not easy but he did everything with a smile and kind courteous demeanor. He was very honest and up front about the property giving us the ability to make the right decision for us.

Joe Chesko was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure to help me find a safe neighborhood, that was close to my work, and get a house that fit basically all my needs and wants. He also always kept me informed on what was going on through the entire process.
