Great person, we found the house before she did by accident going down the wrong road. Feel like we did a lot of the up front leg work. Communication was a little slow at times. Was rushed to do our end of paperwork, online things then towards the end we felt she was slow to help us get stuff done. Didn't feel a connection like she really was there to help us. First walk thru she followed us and didn't show the house. Very nice person though. Her phone seemed to be more important then talking to us.

Extremely pushy upon homes, didn’t seem to be that knowledgeable. Would not recommend her.

This agent did not look or act professional. He made this process very difficult. He did not search for homes in the area we requested or for what we wanted in a home. We had to do all the searching for a house and send them to him to schedule a walk through. Some of the houses he said he wouldn't because he did not feel the house was good enough. The house we picked we found online and had to contact our real estate agent and the selling real estate agent to set up a time to see the house. He was hard to get a hold of, he kept getting what we wanted confused with his other clients, He didn't get much information for us about the houses we wanted to look at.

Jacqueline Kurth was good. No complaints. Very VERY flexible about meeting us for showings (whether scheduled or not).The Veterans United home buying concierge on the other hand (Sonia Giannotti), while ultra pleasant and hard working served no true benefit to us. We didn't use anything that she provided. Not due to the information being incorrect, although one or two bits were, but because we like finding that information out on our own.

My wife and I completely enjoyed our entire time with Jane! She was always on the ball to answer questions, get answers and keep us informed. She taught us along the way about home buying and showed us things to look for. She truly took care of us through out this entire process and was very patient with our first time home buying naiveness. We can’t say thank you enough to Jane for all her help! My real estate agent Stephanie Moore was awesome she was very responsive to my emails, text, calls, questions and most all very loyal and honest to me her client. When it came down to the wire for closing and the job on house was not ready she said something to the builder and around 25 persons show up to fix all of the house discrepancies. That day I managed to close on time.

Please send everyone to Duke! Duke Frye was an exceptional agent and from day one made us feel comfortable and confident. The market had its ups and downs, and COVID19 fell right in the beginning of our journey, but Duke remained positive and capable throughout the whole process. I can't see us using another agent for anything down the line!

After losing two homes due to such a hot real estate market, Wendy used her keen networking skills to locate a recently completed model that a realtor wanted to move. She was with us the entire way - responsive to all calls and texts, treating us like we were more than clients. Amazing

She put us in touch with Zach at Veterans United, which was also great, and was tremendously accessible so we could make the first offer on our choice home and close the deal.

Those two women have the patience of saints. Becky and Judy did not give up on the search for us to find the perfect home. They knew exactly what we were looking for and were spot on with our find. The conversations and information passed on to us was extremely helpful.

Karen is a good realtor. She was quick in responding about houses we wanted to see and gave us good information when we asked for it. If I hire someone, I expect them to use their experience in my favor and help me through the process- I felt Karen did this.

Ashley was extremely assisting and constantly communicating with me throughout the whole process. Never did I feel pressured at all and she did what was in my best interest. I would recommend her to anyone and go through her in the future!

Our real estate agent was extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. She went out of her way to make sure we knew the area and the houses. She made sure we were matched up with houses that would suit our needs.

Jackie was super great! Always there to talk to and ask any questions. Always ready for any meeting we had and was super representative of Amanda and I. Will definitely continue working with Jackie for all future purchases.
