Susan Chain is an absolutely phenomenal agent. She went above and beyond to assist me, took pictures of the home for me, coordinated inspections and even utility contacts. She utilized social media to maintain contact with me, and maintained communication with me throughout the entire process!!! I truly value and appreciate everything she did, as I know she worked relentlessly to assist me!!! Thank you Susan!!!! So much for everything!!!

Videoed every house for us as we were buying without seeing in person. Tried very hard to make same day appointments for all houses we wanted to see. Gave us personal opinions on homes when we asked which helped us very much as its very hard to get the exact feel for a home without being there in person. He worked with us even on weekends to include driving to houses hours away to see them. Very impressed. Will use again.
