Aimee Ness did an excellent job in helping to look out for pitfalls in the purchasing and VA loan processes. She did not seem to understand/know what I was looking for very well and pretty much left looking for potential homes up to me after signing me up to a housing web site. She did coordinate home viewings, give advice on pitfalls to the VA process on the viewings we had, and sent questions to the seller's representation. She was very helpful during the closing process by advising what I should ask for and potentially get the sellers to pay for.

Lauren and Devon were not only considerate, Friendly, knowledgeable, and answer any and all questions I had. They we’re right on any problem an explanation. Forms for me to complete we’re available immediately as required and I was able to keep a copy of everything I signed and submitted. They were the best I’ve ever dealt with As far as a comparison with say customer service Because this was my first opportunity to purchase a home.

So glad I had Shana as the first real estate agent I have ever worked with. Definitely set the bar high. She made me feel comfortable and I got the impression that she really cared. She answered all the questions I threw her way. Could not have dreamed of a better real estate agent!

Our real estate agent was phenomenal. She was available to answer our concerns and was a big help going through the walk through inspections and pointed out items that needed to get worked prior to closing. Very detailed. She’s the best!
