I put 9 because it's my favorite number & because Lucy was very nice & down to earth. She's also an eyefull & could be a Fox news anchor... I did feel I was negotiating more w/ her than the seller to get my negotiating strategy expressed. I also wanted to see a few more house but when she saw I was focused on Jack Hill... I use to be a realtor for Table Mountain in this area & if she doesn't like the hour drive she had... I digress, compared to my last VA home loan experience 20 years ago this was a breeze. It was exciting to do most of it from my phone & to tell my girlfriend I just bought a house using it. ???? Thanks again. Bryan Strother.

Jason Dube was great! , I’d send him a house and he’d get all the information on the house right away. I think we ended up putting 4 or 5 offers in on houses before we ended up getting an accepted offer.

Mrs. Johansen never once tried to sell me a home. My Wife and I absolutely loved and appreciated this! Andy went out of his way, above & beyond to find a home that I would love. I would choose him a million times over & recommend him to everyone I know. Delta Schrade was wonderful to work with. She helped us to get our house on the market and sold in just a few days and for much more then we imagined. She helped find us our new home on the first day we went out to look. She is detail oriented, knows the housing market quite well is very positive and friendly.
