Brain from BKaye Realty was momentous in not only finding the home, but maintaining it to fit our needs and budget. Brian could have certainly utilized this sellers market to his advantage but didn’t. When he was available, he was courteous, professional, and provided his knowledge whenever I had a question. At times it was difficult to get a hold of Brian however, knowing full well he has other clients, he would always apologize and we then would be able to reestablish good communication between him, the sellers, and the attorneys. Brian and BKaye Realty truly are a great realty for Veteran United referrals.

She was fairly slow, didnt have information for me most of the time, some of this was on the listing agent, but as a first time buyer in illinois, I didnt know some of the processes and was never told or rarely updated.

Would not recommend Katherine to anyone, especially first time home buyers. She only cared about getting a sale as quickly as possible. Ignored my concerns and didn’t care about getting me into a good home.
