Our realtor was the worst part of the home buying experience. We basically had to beg him to work the weekend after Thanksgiving to put the offer in on the house. He admitted to going out of town and missing our closing because he didn’t think the loan docs would be done in time. Unprofessional responses when asked questions, ex: I asked if he had heard if our pest inspection had been done (a week before closing) and his response was “I’m skiing.” We’ve never used a realtor before so maybe this is normal, but I would not recommend this realtor to my friends/family.

Chris Chavez of the Jason Mitchell Group was attentive and constantly working to provide the highest level of customer care that I have experienced.
Chris was patient with us while we viewed more than a dozen houses over several weeks of searching. Additionally, the entire Jason Mitchell Group provided customer care at a level I have never even heard of in the real estate industry.

Julissa was extremely caring and patient thoughout the house hunting process. When we found our house, she went above and beyond in order to help us to negotiate with the seller. She was always available to answer and help with our concerns.

The real Estate Agent was not the best at finding the best-fit places that fit our budget but tried her best with us finding all locations that we wanted to view.
Felt like all homes that were forwarded to us were impersonal as it was an automated email that didn't fit what we were looking for.

Leigh was an outstanding person to work with.
She was honest and upfront about every house we viewed. Her knowledge about the in's and out's of VA Home Loans allowed the entire process to go smoothly by getting ahead of any problems we might have with a house we offered on. After looking at a few houses she learned my likes/dislikes then ended up being the one who added the house it bought to my list of showings. I wouldn't wanted to go through this process with anyone else.

Kathy was always available! I was able to communicate with her freely which worked amazing for my schedule. She worked my very very tight schedule into her busy schedule flawlessly. We saw too many houses, and she was able to guide me and keep me on track with what I wanted and what was best for my son and I. She didn’t let me settle considering, the hectic market.
