Very patient and willing to show us many homes within our price range. At times it felt she was more working for the seller interest than the buyer's interest. As an example, after a very long day of driving to meet up with her and then looking at houses we told her we were willing to offer 430,000, she came back and indicted 750 was a very good luck number and pressed us to offer 430,750, we said okay, then followed up with are you sure you don't want to offer 431,750. Also, she indicated there were multiple people bidding on the house and we should lower our home repair holdback from 1,000 to 500 to make our offer more appealing. Anyway, we ended up at 435,000 and extimated repairs at 500. I understand I am an adult and responsible for the final offer, just seemed she was pressing pretty hard to get the seller the best possible offer rather than getting me the best deal.

Hope is awesome! Super positive and kind. She put a lot of effort into getting this deal worked out. Before we decided on a home, we toured multiple properties and she was very helpful the entire time (even when it was clear I was wasting our time). As a first time military veteran home buyer, I never had the feeling Hope was going to let me make a bad decision. She really looked out for me. My best interests were her priority. Miranda Tate was phenomenal! She quickly scheduled tours of homes we were interested in and did a virtual walk-through with video.
