I remember her commenting after the sale..."I'm not really good at contacting the buyer after the sale...so congratulations now." Slightly paraphrased but still accurate. Just left a bad last impression.She did send some properties for us to look and she did some paperwork. She did show some properties too. Time after time though, houses in our price range would pop up, on the real estate apps we were using, only to be "pending" the very next day. We found the property we ended up buying without her. I just feel some of her commission should go to Zillow and Realtor.com.

Alison, is one in a million, she was there every step of of the way. When we did not understood somethings, she always take the time to listen and guide us in the right direction. I would recommend Alison as a realtor to my fellow Veterans, Retiree, Active Duty, Reservists. Alison made you feel welcome, and was very respectful, and is alway looking out for her clients/clientele. she was a dream come through. She is very knowledgeable in real estate. Jan is the best agent out there. She helped us purchase our previous home and had to jump through hoops for that purchase and this time around she did an outstanding job as well. We have now used her for two home purchases and one home sale. She also helped with our parents home purchase as well as our daughters.
