Overall we did not have a good experience with our realtor. We wish we were assigned someone different for our first time buying a home.

Hanne Novotny was so sweet and so attentive. She was kept is real with us and protected our best interest. We told her exactly what we were looking for and our budget and she ran with it. She kept us informed of every property and once we put in an offer she did all the work during our closing process. Such a sweet and professional al woman. If you want someone who will have your back Hanne is the person to go to! She definitely knows what she is talking about!

Heather Hall @heatherhallremaxcentrerealtlty was the star in this entire transaction. She is a Veteran and took the time to get to know me as a person and our connection to make this all happen. Even though I knew exactly what I wanted and we made the deal, I know that this would have happened if I was just searching with no idea about the home I wanted to buy. She is the best and I will do everything to make sure she gets more business from veteran's.

Mr. Dave Toledo, our real estate agent, was also very helpful, patient, and enjoyable to work with. He took his time to understand what we were looking for. He showed us a few homes that interested us, and if we didn't like it we saw we would move on to the next home. We did not feel rushed or pressured with him.
