Our realtor was the worst part of the home buying experience. We basically had to beg him to work the weekend after Thanksgiving to put the offer in on the house. He admitted to going out of town and missing our closing because he didn’t think the loan docs would be done in time. Unprofessional responses when asked questions, ex: I asked if he had heard if our pest inspection had been done (a week before closing) and his response was “I’m skiing.” We’ve never used a realtor before so maybe this is normal, but I would not recommend this realtor to my friends/family.

Chris Chavez of the Jason Mitchell Group was attentive and constantly working to provide the highest level of customer care that I have experienced.
Chris was patient with us while we viewed more than a dozen houses over several weeks of searching. Additionally, the entire Jason Mitchell Group provided customer care at a level I have never even heard of in the real estate industry.
