My real estate agent, William Catlett at Century 21 Advantage Gold, was amazing. He was extremely professional and took me seriously from the very beginning. He was responsive, showed me houses that matched my criteria, and he did not waste my time. He understood the VA loan requirements. He was a wealth of information and provided numerous great referrals. He answered numerous questions and really guided this process. I cannot recommend him strongly enough. He crafted an offer that allowed me to purchase my home (which was for sale by owner). I spoke to seller at the end of the transaction. The seller was very positive about his experience with my Real Estate Agent. I am very grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and guidance through this process.

Stacey was fabulous! I’ve spoke with a couple other agents and nobody had half of the pep-in-the-step personality and positivity that Stacey did (even with a pandemic going on)! She was always eager to help my husband and I with our numerous questions we had. Naturally, there were a couple hiccups through the home buying experience but Stacey was cool, calm and collected. She always had another route we could navigate and was amazing at being our voice in this process. She listened to everything we had to say and took that with her when aiding us in our home search. I reached out for an agent month before we moved back to Nebraska, I appreciate that she would occasionally check in with us to make sure we were still on track with our home buying goals.
