My agent was not who veterans United assigned to me, instead i was given to an associate of the firm, and while Regie was knowledgeable in the area, and readily available most times, he didn’t dress professionally for the job, additionally a lot of the work he did seemed trivial as all of my paperwork transactions were not conducted through him.
Remax all American was also located too far from where the house was purchased.

The real estate agent was nice enough, but was horrible at communicating with us. We constantly had to reach out to him to ask about things because he would not reach out to us. We would ask for him to check on something, but would take forever to hear back from him, and again would have to reach out to him to see if he ever heard anything back about our concerns. We asked if he could find out who the utilities providers where, as this was a new area for us and did not know. He never provided that information before closing and I had to call around to various utility providers to find out who services our house. He made this one of our worst experiences in home buying ever...

I would highly recommend Haywood to anyone. Haywood kept me informed at every step of the way and made it a priority to supply me with timely information. Haywood stayed in constant contact over email, text, and phone and was always available to address my questions no matter how insignificant. Being a first time home buyer, I appreciated his patience and understanding and not once did he ever rush me or overwhelm me. Haywood has great interpersonal tact. He is always respectful, presentable, and relatable. I would highly encourage Veterans United to continue putting veterans in touch with Haywood.

Liliana Rincon was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond. I loved her honesty, her patience, commitment and all the help she provided. She made the process extremely easy. Her communication skills were great she always kept me updated. I absolutely loved working with Ms. Rincon and would highly recommend her to all my family and friends. I would definitely work with her again. No words could express how grateful I am for having her as my real estate agent.

My real estate agent, Julie Jalone, was incredible. She was able to answer all my questions about the homes I was interested in. Very friendly and helpful! I felt like the process was very easy. She was very communicative and explained information about each home very well and the market. I will totally recommend this agent to any veteran looking to buy a home in the area.

Ashley was outstanding! She helped us navigate the entire process. She gave us lots of helpful advise without being pushy. She had great recommendations. She was very quick to respond to our messages. She even worked right after giving birth to help ensure we closed on time. She was very flexible with meeting around our schedule.
