it was a bumpy road in the beginning but we seemed to get things together. the company representative was very questionable. everything turned out better than I thought.

We ended up seeking out or own agent. The agent we were assigned to wasn't very responsive and he had poor communication. We didn't talk for several days.

Teresa was available for questions or to notify me of things going on with the home buying process at anytime of day or night. She was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to give a lot of foresight as to what to expect throughout the process which helped me prepare for unexpected events that did come to light. I will definitely refer her as a veteran friendly realtor to anyone looking for a VA approved home loan.

Elizabeth Casella was recommended but UVHL and she turned out to be a GREAT Asset.
"Liz" helped with all the virtual tours, answered my emails and texts quickly and thoroughly. She gave her honest opinions, did not "tell me what I wanted to hear" but what she actually thought.
She went above and beyond throughout the entire process from start to finish and I look forward to speaking with her again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Jan went above and beyond what I could even a Realtor doing, she is very knowledgeable, was flexible, and did everything she could to get me exactly what I needed and wanted. To top it off her daughter Heather stepped in to help a hand full of times and was exceptional as well! I wouldn’t use any other realtors! Can say enough good things about these two!

David Maubach from mel foster was great, very good with details and with his knowledge we found the home we were looking for. Excellent communication it was like he was a friend of the family. Honestly, the guy texted me day and night working around my work schedule with information. Very good, I'm glad to have had him as a real estate agent.

Rebecca Smith was a great real estate agent. She was quick to schedule video tours of prospective homes. It was our first time buying a home, she extremely helpful and patient with me and my husband while we went through this process.
