My real estate agent started off doing very well, driving us to each house we wanted to see, saving us gas. However, when I texted her with questions, she would ignore my texts and only respond to my wife's texts. Then once we picked a house and began the closing process, she was very distant, uninvolved and was not forthcoming at all. At this time, she switched to ignoring my texts to ignoring my wife's texts. When the appraiser came to inspect the house she constantly spoke over him and tried to downplay and disregard every issue that was brought up about the house. We constantly had to reach out to her for updates on house repairs and would only attempt to answer questions when asked multiple times. We had to reach out to our agent just to get a final walkthrough of the home, which she didn't show up for because she chose to babysit her grandchildren instead. Finally, on the very day of closing, our real estate agent waited until all of the documents were signed to tell us that the house we purchased had a leak in the chimney and put us on the spot to sign off on a report of acknowledgement. So in short, our realtor was paid over $18k to essentially be dodgy, distant, and dishonest. My wife and I are extremely displeased with her and if we had a chance to do it over, we would've had her replaced in the earlier stages.

In the beginning of the process we had a not so great agent assigned but Heidi Frese promptly resolved the issues. We were referred by Veterans United to another agent Joe Snell, who has been great! It was easy to tell that he had been in this field for a long time because he knew exactly how to gauge what our likes and needs were through the house qualities we appreciated.

Genuine and has incredible patience. Rick Simpson is an all star realtor, with his care for the customer and being as real as it gets. Rick has taught me a lot and has given a great deal of advice for a first time home buyer. He fulfilled my family's needs and wants and did so with amazing attitude. I wouldn't have wanted anybody else, and I'm so glad he was assigned to me.

Jessica was so patient and great with us. From the numerous houses that we looked at, to the numerous questions that we had, Jessica was there willing to help. She pointed us in the right direction and was quick to respond to our many messages. I know that we wouldn't be in our new home right now if it wasn't for Jessica and Veterans United.

Peter Nett knew well about the VA loan, and was very helpful. He was there to provide help and answer all my questions in timely manner. He helped me and my wife to find our dream home. He is very professional and very good to work with. I will always be greatful to him and the service he provided as a real estate agent.

Our real estate agent Nicole was very helpful in all issues with sellers in acquiring the property we love. She understood our schedule and the need to move on a certain date. She was quick to respond thru texts or calls to any concerns we had. And was knowledgeable at was she does.

Janice was extremely helpful throughout our entire home buying process. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Definitely instilled confidence that she had our best interests in mind. She did an outstanding job for us!

Our real estate agent was very professional and courteous throughout this process. She was on top of informing us of updates and changes or anything needed to continue moving forward with this purchase.
