We ended up seeking out or own agent. The agent we were assigned to wasn't very responsive and he had poor communication. We didn't talk for several days.

Teresa was available for questions or to notify me of things going on with the home buying process at anytime of day or night. She was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to give a lot of foresight as to what to expect throughout the process which helped me prepare for unexpected events that did come to light. Elizabeth Casella was recommended but UVHL and she turned out to be a GREAT Asset.
"Liz" helped with all the virtual tours, answered my emails and texts quickly and thoroughly. She gave her honest opinions, did not "tell me what I wanted to hear" but what she actually thought.
