From the beginning there were delayed communication between my real estate agent and I . We had to ask multiple times for certain answers pertaining to e documents regarding the condition of the house . Felt that as a veteran I wasn’t understood or taken as seriously as a non veteran client.

She did very little to help with the process. We never meet her and had very little communication with her. When she was referred she did not return a call which led us to start working with someone else who we found out they were in the same office. Once we found the house it was reassissgned to her.

Mike Petrillo was organized and professional the entire time. He made it a point to get us in to see multiple houses in one day. We were driving in from out of town so the fact that he set aside basically an entire afternoon just for us, we truly felt like valued clients. Through out the process he made it a point to check in with us every step of the process and made sure any questions were answered. I value honesty and so does Mike. When my wife and I asked questions he didn't know the answer to he didn't pretend to. He always followed up with "I will find out." Something that I admire in anyone I work with. I can honestly recommend Mike to any veteran looking to buy a home in Tri-Cities WA area. Thank you Mike!
