She was plenty nice. However, she was not overly familiar with the city we were buying in and did not have any local contractors, etc. she could recommend to us. She was transitioning jobs and wasn't even available to help us close -- had to have another agent do the walkthrough with us.

I did not work with a agent. The home I purchased was a for sale by owner. Wes Dyer made my experience very enjoyable.

Todd was actually our second agent we dealt with. He was very good about listening to our desires and when it came time to dealing with inspection results and things of that nature he was great about letting us know how we should handle it.On a side note, our first agent seemed to be more interested in the money and pushed us to buy a more expensive house than we wanted to. She walked us through a house and told us “this is not what you want” versus asking us what we liked and didn’t like about the property she showed us.
