While very helpful in the beginning, I don't believe she was as attentive as she could've been. There were a few times I had to reach out for an update on a few things such as my appraisal and getting my utilities set up. I would've preferred the ability to look at more options. I was on a time crunch to pick a new place and I didn't have the time to be there to look at the house in person. She did a great job of recording the home quickly for me but didn't provide as much detail as I would've liked in regards to things inside the home.

Marion was great. The easy part is the search. The hard part is when the negotiating happens and all the back and forth with the seller to include paperwork. This is what you are really paying the agen for. Marion worked very hard to get me the best deal even through a big time seller's market. We weren't helped out by a low VA appraisal (be ready for the Tidewater Initiative if you live in parts of Northern Virginia) or a very accomaditing seller. As part of the team, she worked tirelesly with the VU loan officer to ensure that everything was in order for closing. Thank you!

Words cannot begin to describe how much I am in debt to Carlos and his wife Noahmi. They were always with me every step of the way! They never got flusted with me or my wife during our whole home buying experience. They always had our best interests in heart not through a real estate perspective but more as friends I feel like!
