Our real estate agent seemed, I guess, overwhelmed from day one. Our home buying process started in the middle of the holidays, so maybe she was busy with work and life, but we didn’t feel like we got the best effort from her. On the first day of showings, we waited over 45 minutes to get into the house because she couldn’t access the key. Once we were under contract, she wrongfully stated that we, the buyer, were paying for the appraisal and we had to correct her. After closing, we weren’t even welcomed at the home, as the key was left under the doormat and we received a text with the information.

The real estate agent that VU provided for my home purchase is the most wonderful person you could have ever meet. Him and his staff were very professional, and he explained everything from the real estate search, to the closing process, and even provided the available real estate listings via email . He is very knowledgeable, very kind, very helpful, and really goes out of his way to help you any way that he possibly can.

My realtor, Cindy Smith, has got to be one of the most patient people I’ve ever met. It has taken me some time to find a home but she never gave up. Her personality, professionalism, and sense of humor was outstanding. I think God places people in our lives for a reason and she helped in ways she didn’t even realize. Julian was outstanding. He listened to what I was looking for in a first home. And found everything I wanted. He responded immediately to any text call or email I sent him.
