I gave 9-10 because i had the home picked out and all the recommended homes were out of my desire. also on the repair amendment ; the final one had the water damage omitted but at this point i didn't want to jeopardize the close. The Seller suddenly had some "disclosure" when repair of roof and AC was put into question (previously there was no seller disclosure) Anyway no issues and the real estate agent served with me in the same unit in OIF2-3
