It took awhile to first get in contact. Responses always took awhile. Felt like he wanted me to just pick a house that was available so that we could just hurry up and close. Didn't feel like he wanted to find the house I was looking for and wanted.

Jim did an excellent job. I was buying a house from out of state and he went above and beyond to take care of everything on my behalf even though it may not have been his responsibility. Jim kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process easier. I was reassuring having him as my agent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a buying agent.

My real estate agent is the beast. She took care of us from the very beginning to end. She is awesome very knowledgeable. She tells you straight to the point on all information you need. I am very picky person and she had a lot of patient with her clients. Me and my family had fun with her from the very beginning till the end of our house hunting.
