Kenneth is a gem. No surprise there. Ginny put me in touch with him. He’s resourceful, understanding. His easygoing and honest personality is great. He doesn’t only listens to me. I had asked him to put an offer for a property. But he questioned me about it. He said I don’t think you really want this house. It doesn’t make you happy. Hadn’t it been for him telling me no to rush.I may not be in my dream house. He’s definitely an amazing guy. Another one to keep close by. He can get you help beyond your house buying process. Always open to answer questions. He’s honesty is unprecedented.

I was elated that VU would find and assign me a realtor. I needed a realtor that was going to work harder than me at finding a home. Nicole Gresham was assigned and once we talked face-to-face she was able to find a great list of homes that met or exceeded our home needs. She always had an answer for the many questions I had or she knew what government agency to get the information from and had an answer the next day. I have already recommended her prompt and superlative broker services to others.

Mrs. Zia Stanley (Mama Zia) was phenomenal! She took care of me like I was her son and guided me in the direction I needed. I had no knowledge whatsoever of what I was doing but she was there at all times. I never would’ve been in my home if it wasn’t for her. I put my faith in her and she delivered. Kim was on this from day one. She was the go between for us and the builder. Sometimes things wasn’t going so good with the builder. She aggressively took them on and got problems solved. I might add we consider her a great friend. Thanks Kim Owens!
