She wasn't really pro-active, never really helped with the house search. In Almost three months of looking she barely suggested any house. Also at the time of making offers guidance was not offered besides an email with pre written suggested offers. She said choose one or various from the email. No market insights or recommendations. We also had some issues at the time of closing do to the realtors making a non written agreement for which I personally asked if signing was necessary from my part. Don't worry she said and it still became an issue of which I had the loosing end. My overall realtor experience was one that left a lot to desire and way below my expectations.

We had to follow-up constantly and remind her of certain appointments. She was often confused and emailed some of our information to a different client she was dealing with. I had to constantly text and email for updates. I would often be told "well, this is how it is with new builds" or some other excuse instead of solutions to the problem.

Jason, and his team, were really great to work with. I was kind of blown away. Jason knew that we were new home buyers and literally gave a class on the home buying process. He was always available to answer questions or run down a listing, including the evening of the dc riots around the capital building (he resides in dc). But the number one thing that impressed was how prompt he and his team were. There was not one instance that I asked about a house, that I wasn’t either viewing it that evening or well appraised of its current situation. When I found “the one” Jason was a welcome counselor during the negotiations and ensured that all necessary repairs to close were covered by the seller.

To our overall favorite person with Veterans Untied, Jackie Scott. You are by far the most strongest real estate agent we ever worked with. Buying this home created a bond between us that we will never forget. We have learned so much in such a short time and it felt like we knew each other forever. Every obstacle that came we tackled it head on. And you made sure we got to the closing table. We gained a friend in the process and a new home. God was truly on our side with this one and we couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. Thank you for your hard work and determination.
