Yasman was for us all the way . She made it to where we didn't have to confront the builder's real estate agent Magan Anderson. We had to send 7 amendments' because we were to close on Oct. 30th, then Nov. 30th, then Dec. 30th, then Jan. 12th, then Jan. 27th, then Feb. 8th, then Feb. for 18th and Magan got really mad because time was coming to the end. Magan said no to that one and sent it back for us to sign for the 17th we signed that one. Magan was worried about the check getting to the bank and wanted Yasman to come pick the check up, Yasman said no that if she wanted the check any sooner, she could come after it. Magan said she wasn't going to risk her life to come and get it. So to make a story short, Yasman said since we could not drive to the title company just let the Notoriety take it to the bank after we sign the papers, Magan that will never happen. Well just as we were to start to sign the papers, Randy Glover got a call from the Patten Title Company asking him to take our check to the bank and he did. Thank you so much Yasman I would recommend you any time.

Alex became my sounding board, :) he also knows a lot about homes for example, what the plumbing should look like, Home structure, design, etc. He was able to answer all of my questions and if he couldn’t he would try and find out. Sometimes buying a home can get frustrating, Alex is the type of realtor you want in your corner when things are going smoothly and when things may go array. When I sell my house I’ll look for him. When I buy another house I’ll look for him. Thanks Alex!

Katie Colden was the best! She went to all my appointments with the builder, gave me advice when needed, very informative about the home buying process! Katie had patience when looking for homes. It was a year from meeting her until closing on my new construction, she remained kind and serving the entire time. She even checked in each month during the home build.

Joe Malley was excellent. Prompt communication... reached out to me with new listings almost immediately. Joe listened to my wants for my purchase and never sent options to me that would lack my interest. I would highly recommend Joe if you’re looking for someone that knows the importance of a customer needs analysis.
