I realize as a 1st time home buyer this entire process was going to have a bit of a learning curve however I felt really neglected, Mr. Rempe made the process a bit more stressful than I felt it needed to be. He also wasted my time and confused me with other clients numerous times. On signing day I was scheduled for 8 AM and completed by 8:30. After receiving false information from Mr. Rempe, he gave me the run around until 4:58 PM when he sent a text message of Lockbox instructions to unlock the keys to the property I purchased. The day was supposed to be joyful... it was not. I would not recommend this Agent. I wish there were a way to fast-track an agent into your network. all of the realtors I met with prior to being referred to Mr. Rempe seemed to have a bit more compassion and love for the Job. It felt like he had no incentive to help me or provide excellent service.

Kevin was terrible I will never recommend him to anyone. He would ignore questions that were asked, he did not respond half of the time. He was no help at all with us being first time home buyers. When asked when something would be finished we would just be told it would be finished before final walk through. It felt like he was working for the sellers and not for us. As he made us feel like our refund needed/had to go to the sellers.
