I asked Rose to do the bare minimum. I didn't drag her around the state for a month looking at thirty houses. We looked at one house. Then I made an offer.Seriously, the bare minimum and not until I threatened to get a Lawyer involved to move the process along did she get into gear.The deal ultimately got done, which is why I didn't rate her a one. But it got done because I had to push and press.

Carrie was amazing! She was always ready and willing to travel to any and all properties we were interested in no matter the distance. She was wonderful and reliable with communication and support. She had a great mind for helping us find properties that matched our preferences. She would always have our copy of the property information in hand ready to hand us for writing our own notes as we walked the property. She was very easy to work with as a person. Her personality and excitement showed whenever we were around each other or speaking over the phone.
