Anna was very good! I was halfway across the country the whole time and she communicated daily with my about houses and things that needed to be done. She was more informative with things than my lenders were.

We were assigned Lenny Ward through Veterans United. In my first phone call with Lenny he offered to set us up with one of his agents due to our needs. We were more then grateful for this because SHE (Cythia Byler) did an amazing job. She was in constant contact with me leading up to us finding our home and was the one who showed the home. Once we put an offer in Lenny began to take back over the sale. On several occasions he did not communicate well with us and when he did his tone and demeanor lacked professionalism. However, whenever I would message Cythia things seemed to get done almost immediately. You could tell she cared about us as people not just as a sale. Even at our closing Lenny seemed to not even “know” us, as he was asking questions about our new home and our move that our agent should have known. He asked to see our Closing Disclosure as we awaited a room to sign our paperwork. We had these documents over a week prior to our closing date, had reviewed them ourselves, and had he asked would had shared prior to sitting at the table to sign them. He began asking questions that slowed the process of us signing papers and could have been cleared up in advance. I was not impressed with how he handled himself and his lack of professionalism.

Very resourceful on information within local but performs the basic as a real estate agent. Not good communicator, consistently have to follow up with the agent for the status. The buyer has to be on the toe and persistent otherwise, an important task could be overlooked, like wire transfer to an escrow company. You work for the agent, and perhaps the agent may have multiple clients, not a good reason for the client to keep up following up. I do not recommend it.

Both Janet and Angela Dolber were flawless in handling every phase of the home buying experience. It was clear from the start that they represented me and had my best interests at heart while guiding me through the myriad documents and processes we encountered. They anticipated my needs for information and clearly and concisely articulated the ins-and-outs of my purchase. I would definitely recommend them to people I know! Love them.

Lee was there with us from start to finish and was constantly checking on us and very patient with explaining terms such as pending on properties that we wanted to look at. Any property that we wanted to see they were quickly looking into getting us in for a showing. Lee and his wife made the home buying process much more fun and less stressful.
