We had an initial agreement with the property owner at 116,000. We found the house and contacted the previous owner. She came back saying he had to have 135,000 after we agreed to 116,000.

Took 2 days for most responses.
Didn't offer to show me (video tour) the house until 4 days before closing. She knew I was out of state. Sure I could of asked but she should of reached out.
For a first time homebuyer, she should not be recommended as she left most of the work and search up to me. She was just the middle person to the sellers realtor.
Luckily I had a friend that was giving me suggestions on the property, area, and the steps to the process.

Didn’t show up to closing. Never met him in person. Only communication was when we reached out to him. We had to communicate directly with lending team or builders for any information. There were some instances where we received no response at all. I had to message him the day before closing to make sure he was tracking. He never asked us if we were ready or needed anything.Months went by that we didn’t have any communication at all, and the only reason there was communication was because we initiated it.Maybe because this was a new build, that’s just how realtors communicate; however, I had to do all of the work to find out who the check should be made to and for what amount for closing.

Outstanding!!! Would recommend her to everyone. Most Professional person I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Due to Covid-19 was not able to travel down and see the homes in person. She went to all the homes I was interested in and face time a walk through, measured rooms, and provided honest feed back.

Charlie DiPaolo was the very best. He went above and beyond. He was so friendly and worked with me while I wasn’t in the area. He coordinated working with my sister to view homes. He even sent me super detailed videos. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is the best.

Sam was INCREDIBLE! She found our house and never left our side until the deal was done. She was super professional, kind and devoted to us getting the home we absolutely wanted. She was one of the brightest spots in our home owners experience.
