Eze was a great person and tried very hard. He was not that knowledgeable about the whole VA process, nor buying a house 'off the beaten path' so to speak, but at least he listened and tried to accommodate when possible.

Casey was the one person out of this that made things feel a lot harder then they needed to be. She failed to update us and the team at Veterans united almost daily. She would only respond to emails, calls, and texts if she had new information. I feel that a simple message letting someone know they are being heard is not to much to asked. It often felt like she was working for someone else. Our Veterans United team had to reach out to her on multiple occasions on our behalf just to get the information needed.
