Did not communicate with me, never let me know he sent paperwork, did not let me know that his assistant was going to pick up "earnest money " from me or even that she would be contacting me about the money. He left town for some "conference", he never told me a fellow co-worker just showed up to the final walk through and told us Jesse was out of town. Jesse also waited until the day before closing to try and schedule a closing time. Took up to 24 hours to get a response to questions thats if he ever answered them.

Shana was very attentive and professional. She is very efficient and anticipated what needed to be done in a timely manner. A great communicator and listener, addressing our concerns and meeting our needs. I would highly recommend her to any looking for a realtor.

As our home purchase was a new build, the involvement of our realtor was not the same as for an existing home. She was still a valuable source of information throughout the process.
