On multiple occasions we felt "ghosted" by our realtor. On one occasion we had no contact from him for 3 to 4 days even though we had placed multiple calls and text. I ended up having better communications with the sellers realtor then I did ours.

Our real estate agent, Kerry, was recommended by Mystle and she did not disappoint! She was on top it all. She spent a good 1-2 hours getting to know us and going through every possible paper and scenario we could possibly see. She made sure to stay in contact with us often. She was super nice and knowledgeable. She made sure we knew all the tidbits and details and made sure we truly loved and could afford our new home.

Bill Carroll was a great relator. We saw a lot of houses and he was very up front about what he thought the house would really sell for so I would not get to over whelmed. It was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a house.
