She was great at the start and handled the job okay. I felt i needed to nag her to find out what the hold up was and feel more could have been done on her side. Would work with her again due to issues being out of her control and the fact she was friendly and helpful, communications could have been better.

James was very vanilla for lack of a better word. Personality was lacking and pretty much opened the door and read the MLS listing. Was hesitant to educate us as first time buyers and said the lenders always do this referring to us not knowing the process. Although we are first time buyers we have had several experiences with different agents. James was reluctant to offer advice but this may have been due to legal requirements. We actually provided far more properties to look at through our online searches than he did and ultimately purchased one of our suggestions. After being under contract he warmed up and even helped provide a list of local insurance agents that helped greatly. All in all he was not bad by any means but a very mild experience and we thought we could have done better.

Communication needed work. There was multiple times I had to contact the realtor because they had not contacted us after sending in requests to the sellers. Also did not hear from realtor after official signing and still needed the 2nd garage door opener which they were not tracking for us and we had to again reach back out.

I was very displeased with the lack of ambition when it came to getting information needed from the seller. There were many times I was given misinformation and He was the source of much of my frustration. I understand this is a busy time for real estate, but this was a huge purchase for me. Thankfully VU has an excellent response team that was able to help me navigate this process despite the issues with the realtor.

Would not respond to some emails, texts, calls, did not inform me of my options, late to walkthrough, late to closing, sent me to the wrong title company for earnest money, would not read emails from the lender/ title company and would not respond with the documentation needed during underwriting, overall very incompetent in regards to homes, he hovered over the seller at final walkthrough and was offensive towards the sellers home and property (laughed about there being a manure pile (she has 3 horses and this is a property with stables/barn) no bearing or tact, would not send me a copy of the buyer/agent contract when I was going to attempt to fire him, very pushy and made decisions based off of his wants and not mine. Overall negative experience with Omar Scanu and his assistant, he is NOT equipped to best serve veterans (or anyone). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The one assigned by veterans United contacted us once. Then a month and a half later sent us an email for the first time. We went with someone we found on our own and she was fantastic.

Roz was so great. I always felt like I was asking too many questions and was all over the place looking at homes but she kept me level headed and focused. She made sure to focus on my needs and I really appreciate that she was always quick and responsive and could always get me information within minutes of asking her something. Really knows the market and has great contacts and great tools to help make finding a home easier. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. I was blessed with a great team.

Jennifer went way above and beyond anything we could have ever expected. She made sure that we were never taken advantage of from the builder or lenders. She truly had our best interests at heart and it really meant the world to us as this process was not the smoothest when it came to the builder. Thank you so much Jennifer and Eric for all you did and are still doing even after closing.

If i could clone Don Perrin and his team, I would. From our first phone call til weeks after closing, he was the ideal realtor I have as a first time homebuyer. He took the time to scout out some places were would like, offered us video chats while touring on our behalf, and was alway responsive no matter the time difference between us.

My real estate agent was somebody looking to sell a home he was somebody helping me buy the home of my future. He made sure to present me homes that had the qualities I was looking for in a home. I appreciate the patience he displayed through all of my hurdles in closing the loan.

Dude, Adam Noe is awesome. That guy is a real veteran for veterans. Adam was responsive, friendly, approachable. Adam worked for us and made sure that this process was as smooth as he could possibly control it. Will recommend this guy for all my fellow humans.

I purchased the house site unseen due to work constraints. This house was the first offer of a first time home buyer. Jacqueline made sure the seller accepted the offer and did a fantastic job coordinating all the disparate actors in the buying process.

Heather was a great agent. She was pregnant but still would be extremely active during the house searching process. She even came by a couple days after giving birth to ensure our walk through went well. She's a workaholic in all the good ways.

My real estate agent, Diana Williams was excellent, she takes the time to know her clients.
Diana, knew what I wanted in my search for a condo, several places she knew that it was not the right fit. I enjoyed having her as my agent and friend

Cathy was amazing I couldn't have asked for a better agent she was always willing to go the extra mile. I was in a different time zone Cathy never seemed to mind she just continued to work no matter the time of day.

Crystal was top notch. Before we got moved into the area she made it happen to show us anything and everything we were interested in. She made our first home buying experience as painless as possible. Highly recommend

Casey worked day and night helping me find a home and then getting me the details of the home loan process and inspection process. Casey Hatch really helped iron out any issues we ran into.
