It was a little in the middle. Our realtor agent had a incident happen with her husband passing away and was not in a good position. I really was hoping she had an aid or someone fill in for her. I just feel that her mind was not set on our home but again her husband passed. Also, there were many issues with money being misspoken. She was not aggressive with the selling agent and I honestly think we got played in a way with the selling agent. So I give real props to our agent for trying during this difficult time, just hope that she had more assistance from her company as well.

Overall friendly, but promised updates were sometimes days late. I almost walked away from the deal because of the stress, but he reminded me that he had 15 buyers for every home in my price range, so THAT was uplifting…After I had a complete meltdown, my sister (at one time a realtor in a wonderful, vibrant city) had to take over, and get both agents’ brokers involved. The seller breached the contract, but there seemed to be little concern for the inconvenience, stress, and additional costs incurred as a result. The agent in Illinois who listed my home in Illinois was far more concerned and empathetic for my plight in Greenville.
