Danyell was very good at sending me homes before the fact, but when we finally came to Fort Smith and to look in person and put in an offer, she pretty much stopped until we called and ripped her a new one. After that she was much more responsive. Just felt she could have been a bit more tenacious following through from offer to close without being prodded.

Lisa is wonderful. She made our property search enjoyable and relaxing. Lisa gave us honest opinions on the property we looked at and offered recommendations that we could do in the future. She was well informed on the community that we will be residing in and provided us a tour of Fairfield Glades community center which was fun. Lisa did not spin the positives but also things to consider prior to making the big decision. Lisa went above and beyond what we expect in a real estate agent.
