Julie tried really hard to find me that home I wanted. What I was disappointed with was during my final walk through the seller had taken the tv mount and left holes in the wall from taking down the tv mount. She also took all the curtains rods and the hardware. But when I asked that she take down the rusty satellite dish they stated no because it was attached to the house. Well wasn’t the tv mount and curtains rods attached to the wall?! I was disappointed that Julie didn’t say anything to them. Otherwise I would have given her a ten.

My real estate agent was very upfront and brutally honest about the current market situation and what to expect. Based on his feedback I was able to choose and create my offer contract and was able to get it accepted on the first try. I appreciate his honesty and feedback.

Didn't get the offer submitted in time, we had to do it and almost lost the house. Uncommunicative. Forgot about the lead disclosure. Didn't show for final inspection or closing.You will be doing your customers a disservice if you ever recommend this agent again.

I know it can be hard dealing with many people at once, but Chandra helped us from the start. She provided homes for us to look at and when we found a home our self and informed her. She made it a point to work with the home owner to show us the house the same day. She was straight forward with us and gave us her point of view. She did not sugar coat anything. She took the time to know what we where looking for and took it from there. Specially, dealing with a seller that was hard to dual with from the start.

I couldn’t have done any of this without Kimberly! She went above and beyond to work with my schedule (8 hour time difference) to ensure we could video our walk throughs. Through many offers and many doubts, she reassured me every time that my time would come. She was amazing and is still helping even after the closing of the purchase!

Carlos was the fastest and most efficient agent we had come across with. After a long and tiresome house hunting with our previous real estate agents, Carlos got us our dream home on the same day he became our agent. We were in awe in witnessing his superpowers :)
