Judith came to us in a time with myself and family in need. Right from the beginning we discussed our recent previous real estate transactions and how bad they were for us. Traumatizing, really. So, going into this "bear" market only heightened our anxieties. Judith was quick to quell those concerns in only in a way I can liken to how a mother soothes her children. My wife and I both had our fears, but Judith, while offering no guarantees, was able to ease those fears. Which we appreciate. From meet to showings to close, Judith has been there! I really felt comfortable and confident that she was really working in my and family's best interests!

In The home zone realty in Brevard county Florida was one of the realtors that contacted me through Veterans United. Rhonda Kunz is an exceptional realtor. Her energy and everything was just so positive and made this a great experience! She is just an awesome person overall and I think I made a friend for life. It was more than just selling a house she was so supportive. Wanted to make sure I got the best. I would go out of my way to recommend her and her husband. They don't just sell homes they create forever relationships.

Becky Semling was absolutely amazing! She was always available to answer questions, got in contact with Joel's team for us and guided us every step of the way. She got to know us, our kids that are still home and what we were looking for in a home. She knew by our reactions to a house what we were thinking. When we did find the home we wanted, she acted quickly and helped us make a reasonable offer. During the inspection process she was in contact with the Inspection Company and got answers for us.

Kyle was outstanding to work with. He was very honest and upfront about the houses. Made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and just tried to just sell us a house. He is very knowledgeable at his jobs and the surrounding areas of the homes being sold.
