In the beginning it was awful, any house that we were told about was either over what we said we were comfortable paying or not in the location we said we were comfortable with. She never showed us one house her husband showed us two that we seen. In fact the house we bought is the one we found. She never showed for the inspections. In fact the owners didn't know we were coming. At the end she worked hard to get us closed, however you could tell she just wanted paid. We would not recommend her! She had just had surgery, but if she could not preform she should have said so!

We felt like we did all the work for her. Yes we looked for houses ourselves but she did not. Most realtors will help by saying hey, I found this for you. All she did was provide a link that emailed us houses that were mostly not our criteria at all. She was knowledgeable with VA loans but was not personable or very helpful even while looking at homes. Her response time was very slow as well.

My real estate agent was great in the beginning and the end of the homebuying process. Throughout the process of the home being built my real estate agent dropped the ball many times. All in all it worked out.

Not happy with her whatsoever. I urge you to keep her off of your recommended list. She was the cause of a lot of delays during this process.
