The first agent was terrible. Wouldn't show us any houses. Made two trips the first trip never show up and the second trip he forgot about our meeting and when we got together he had nothing to show us. We stayed an extra night and when he called he said nothing was good enough to look at. Second agent was great. Took 1 day

Agent seemed busy or preoccupied most the Time. We dealt more with the assistant than we did the actual realtor. Almost felt like there were larger deals realtor was making money on and payed more attention to those customers which took away from our experience. Or maybe another life experience.

Words can’t explain how helpful and caring our agent Marcus Layton was. He never gave up on any tasks that came our way. No where was ever to far for him to travel. He never complained about ANYTHING. And if he didn’t know a answer to any given question we asked him his famous words were I will find out and get back with you. Claudia was extremely helpful with closing on our brand new home! She truly made this a remarkable experience for both my wife and I; even while being on the other side of the country. With that, she didn’t allow our circumstances to hinder her ability to locate and show quality homes to us prior to us finally making an offer on our new home!
