Anna was very knowledgeable on the housing market, on the repairs of a specific home, and the area in which I wanted to buy a home in. I never felt as if Anna was pressuring me to make a purchase and she valued my opinion. Anna answered all of my questions no matter how small they were. Anna would answer questions late at night and early in the morning. Anna feels as part of the family now.

Jeffrey Kroupa was an amazing agent. I worked with an agent prior to him being recommended and it was not as pleasant as I was hoping it to be. We missed out on homes because of late responses and didn't receive all the information I felt would have been necessary to know about the VA Loan in general. Jeffrey, however, was an absolute work-horse. He was incredibly responsive and was able to arrange times for any home that we wanted to see. There was not a home that was visited where he did not walk through with us and thoroughly inspect himself. If there was any defect at all that we should have been concerned about, he made certain to bring it to our attention. This man really knew his real estate. I am so happy that he was recommended to us through Veteran's United, otherwise I believe wholeheartedly that I would still be in search of locating a home right now. He brought closure to a difficult time.

Lindsay was great! When I couldn’t be in the area, she had no problem driving out to properties and video calling me through the home. We viewed multiple properties and made multiple offers, and she consistently gave me great advice. She never steered me towards more expensive properties simply for the sake of earning additional money, even when I was looking at multiple offers. She took my tastes into consideration when I was trying to decide between homes and was extremely helpful and always available. Any time I needed anything or had questions for the listing agents, she handled it quickly, and even after closing, she helped get me answers to some last minute questions after taking over my new home.
