She failed to mention a prior termite infestation but I understand it's been corrected. No harm... and there would of been less stress if occupancy took place after a few weeks after closing. I felt pressured because they had already moved before closing took place.

Bobby was an excellent realtor, he answered all my questions when I had any, he was able to work with me being on 3rd shift and was very accommodating by using text messaging to reach out to me when he would send items for me to sign, to inform me they were sent.
