Michael Strunc needs to become more responsible as an agent to his clients. His constant failure to return promised phone calls and seeming to only want to use messaging as a correspondence was very frustrating. I don't feel he fought very hard to get me a good deal on this property as I paid seven thousand more than the asking price and had to give up 1.8 acres of the 34 acres that was advertised. I also don't feel Michael had a good grasp of the process involved with a VA loan. If you need any more information please contact me.

My real estate agent was amazing. She From start to finish Jessica worked diligently to find the home of our dreams, stayed on top of all correspondence and filled us in on the process as it was happening. If she didn't have an answer she was quick to find it out and would even call or text me with info before Ryan or Brianna had called or even emailed yet.
