Kathy was great, especially when buying a home while not physically present the majority of the time. I would have appreciated a bit more of her personal opinion on things, but otherwise very responsive and willing to work with me which I appreciated.

Rachel Jones stuck with us through thick and thin, for far longer than expected, providing guidance and tireless counsel at all hours. All in a white-hot area in the midst of a historically hot housing market. She always brought a great attitude to any conversation or viewing, went out of her way to view and video properties for us when we couldn't be there, arranged a knowledgeable stand-in if we wanted to view a property and she couldn't make it, gave solid advice on all aspects of home review and bid development, was unyielding when she needed to be in negotiations. We know that she had an extremely busy schedule but we never felt anything but singular dedication. Would happily recommend Rachel to anyone looking to buy a new property in her area.

Becky Holcomb was an awesome Realtor to work with. She would answer any question that I had or refer me to someone else who could answer the question. She always had time for my needs as a first time home builder. She lives in a town that isn't far from mine. But, due to Hurricane Sally, we lost a major local bridge. In order for her to come show me properties and help me with picking items for the new house, she without complaint made the trip around the downed bridge to help me. Nothing was ever too small or insignificant for her to deal with.

Johnathan not only reached out to me when I first started my home buying experience but was extremely patient as homes in the Charleston area was going like hotcakes and the requirements my wife and I had in a home made the market even more limited. Even after closing he still helped reached out for any assistance I needed all the while I was out of state. His patience and professionalism was fantastic.

Jamie and her coworkers were exceptional. Jamie is a real go getter. Easy to talk to. Is lightning fast with answers to all my questions and concerns. (And there were a ton) She made my birthday wish of a house come true. Siobhan thank you again for taking a road trip and showing us our house. I appreciate you jumping in like that. You guys are a power house team.

We were initially assigned an agent who was not a good fit. We requested a new agent and with the assistance of Veterans United realtor coordinator, Paul Baughman (also a ROCKSTAR), we got the perfect agent. Our new agent, Michael Ascolillo, was very responsive and had a great attitude. Give him all the business! The dude is real estate legend.

Lisa did a great job. Always available to show property and write offers. We wrote offers on four properties before getting an accepted contract. Great communications, always available and quick to respond via phone, text and email. Very easy to work with. We would use her again in the future.
