OMG, Frank Getz. Frank is the kindest, most patient person ever. Frank and I began this journey in January 2021 and for 9 months he showed me what looked like the same house for 9 months because he knew my taste, he knew the type of house I was looking for. One after another I was outbid, more times than I care to count. With each house Frank presented, he always made copies of the houses we visited.Frank worked his heart out. I was almost sad after closing because it felt like goodbye after following this guy all around Hagerstown, MD for 9 months. I can't thank Frank enough, though 9 months, it really didn't seem like that much time actually passed by.I would recommend Frank a billion times because anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent couldn't get a better person.

Mrs. Jennifer Rigley is exceptional! Jennifer is a great person! I am a quadriplegic and I use a power wheelchair. I appreciate Jennifer because she saw my disability needs and she make sure that each house we saw met those needs! She knew my disability and advised me to understand what I need in the house so I can live comfortably. She is very knowledgeable of the disability laws. She made me realize it's not about owning a home but to make sure I can be able to move around without problems and live comfortably in my house and if that's not deserving of recognition then I don't know what is!

Mr. Jeff Craven was beyond amazing! He quickly took the time to establish both a friendly and professional rapport. He was quick to answer every question and do the background legwork on every single task. He also made it a point to be at every meeting, even if he wasn’t required to be, just to ensure that he could answer any questions. Just from the first meeting with Mr. Craven, I could tell that he truly cared about making sure I was going to be taken care of properly. Thank you Jeff, you are very much appreciated!
