I wish we could have gone through each item on the inspection to ensure I understood what items were wrong with the residence. If things would have been explained better I probably would have purchased a different residence.

Hamza initial introduction was a home run, he sent a video of the lot, and that was very informative, but after that he dropped the ball and became dis engaged.

I feel she was working more for the seller then for me.she did not explain anything..did not walk us Thur the process.had last minute paperwork at 830 pm to sign for next day time limit.the one thing that she did was I wanted to put bid on one house and she said not that it will take 10,000 over asking price to buy.maybe so she can make more money

Sarah Watson was OUTSTANDING!!! I didn't know what to expect when buying for the first time. There was a lot of terms, policies and other things I needed help understanding to ensure I was making a smart decision and she answered every question and then some. She was always available for calls, text, virtual tours or just going to the house and sending us pictures. She also helped me find services needed such as inspectors, roofers and insurance brokers. I will always work with her if I ever have another opportunity.

Ms. Connie is a amazing person, she takes pride in her work. She is knowledgeable and passionate with her clients, she takes time to know what they want and try to find just what they want. She is professional and a hard worker, I appreciate her taking the time to find the beautiful home for my husband and I, I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.
