Jack was always available via phone and text. He accommodated my requests and house showings during a difficult time with Covid 19. He was a joy to work with and loved what he was doing. My only issue was I wished he would have been more knowledgeable of the area and insurance requirements. In the past when I dealt with other real estate agents, they a list of information such as schools, insurance, and other pertinent data.

I was fortunate to be connected with David Townsend as my VU network agent. Dave was very proactive in helping me with my home search and setting up appointments to tour homes, often with small lead times. Dave was also very friendly and knowledgeable - he was responsive and helpful but didn’t present any pressure to make a sale. It was a good partnership and I felt confident that I could rely on Dave to provide accurate information and solid advice.
