There were times I was a bit worried about the process but Mike was always welcoming for questions. He provided answers and helped guide me through the process. Although I was a bit worried, Mike always told me I was in great hands he managed to get it all sorted out amongst his busy schedule.

Mr. Armando Pena was very helpful in sending us listings of available properties in Bakersfield Ca. He also gave us good advise regarding locations of schools, shopping as well as where the good and safe neighborhood are in the area. He was responsible in scheduling and showing my family the available properties both by virtual tour and thru in-person visit with my son.
Mr. Pena also assisted us in numerous offers to various sellers until (after 3 months) an offer was finally accepted. He tirelessly coordinated with the escrow company and ensures that all our paper works are at par. He was also fully responsible in following up on all of our request and repairs with the seller, and ensure that it was completed prior to closing of escrow.

My agent Nathan Lowmaster had been the greatest agent a person can ever ask for. Not only is he a veteran but he has become a friend. He helped check on the house since I wasn’t able to while being overseas. He literally answered my phone calls and texts at all hours of the night. Even after I closed on the house he has followed up with me to see how things are going. I will say Nathan has gone far beyond what I expected from a realtor and I would definitely recommend him to any friend that is looking to buy a home. Even if it’s for advise in another state.
