So Yong was INCREDIBLE!! I was very satisfied with the process from start to finish already, but So Yong made my experience go from great to phenomenal. I literally can not name one thing she did not do. She was informative and to be honest she treated us like we were one of her family members and it really helped ease a lot of the anxiety we had as first time homebuyers.
