The 4/10 is in regards to Sharon Martin from Gann Medford real estate. It's really hard to give an adequate representation of what I felt when dealing with her. She started off full of motivation, really seemed like she knew her stuff. Later in the process, there were at least two times that she asked me to find a local lender, stating that it would be easier for her to communicate and better for me, because of some discount. I made it known that I had no intention of going elsewhere and that as far as I know emails and phones work the same, no matter which lender she is communicating with. Around April of 2021, she suggested that I just speak with the builder directly, after having a couple of instances of miscommunication or just dropping the ball altogether. She remained largely absent throughout the entire process and at the end was just really dishonest about what the hold up was. It turned out that she had an email in her inbox for approximately three weeks and took no action on it. By the time we closed on the home, I was really displeased with her performance and could not believe she was going to get $7,000.00 commission for what amounted to just giving me a name and a number of a builder. Honestly, I could have found him on Facebook and had the same result with a lot less stress. I would not recommend her to another buyer, until she has had some supplemental training on policy, procedure, and what her duties as a VU contracted realtor are.

John was amazing! He was super helpful throughout my first home buying experience. He was really great with keeping me up to date on any changes and offered timely communication on any questions or concerns I had. He was super knowledgeable on homes in the area and got me in to see homes within 24 hours (sometimes less) of finding them. 10/10 would recommend John to anyone looking to buy a house.
