Didn't really do anything but unlock the door. We were the ones looking for, finding and requesting showing for houses. They did not attend the closing, but the sellers agent was there for him. I question the need for realtors overall.

Mr. Trollinger didn't follow thru with certain requests that he assured would be completed. We ended up receiving a dirty home and we had to clean the whole house ourselves before we could move in. He isn't a good communicator.

Tracy is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and always made herself available when needed. Even after closing she continues to help us get minor fixes done promptly. Its refreshing to have someone that has our best interest at heart and not just the sell, and we will be sending business her way for sure. Lynda was a perfect match for us. She did not try to sell us a junk house just to make a paycheck. Just was very real to us in both finding pros and cons to houses. She was exceptionally quick to get us all of the viewings we wanted, even though it was always a long way from her office. She responded to us late nights and weekends. Excellent service.

Jeff and Beverly were the second agents we were referred to after viewing multiple homes with another agent who did not seem to listen and was unprofessional on multiple occasions.
