Although my agent was a wonderful person she was more or less absent from the process. I had to rely heavily on the sellers agent (who was unbelievably amazing) to guide me through my first time buying a home.

Chris Sartwell was my real estate agent and just to state the bottom line up front, I will never work with anyone else but Chris.Prior to Chris, I had the worst and disdainful real estate agent anyone can imagine. It was as if everything that I feared about a real estate agent was represented by this individual. However, after a quick switch out, I was introduced to Chris.Chris was knowledgable, experienced, and extremely tentative to what we were looking for. He stated time and time again that if we didn't like the houses we were viewing, we can throw out the current list and start fresh. There wasn't a single instance where Chris
made us feel uncomfortable, belittled our opinions, or showed frustration for taking too long. Deanne was absolutely amazing. She helped us with the sale of our home as well and it could not have gone any more smooth. She was able to either answer my calls or text is a timely manner and was very informative on the buying/selling process. I would recommend anyone use her as a realtor. You will not be disappointed.
